Right now my boys are throwing every toy they can get their hands on down the stairs. I see them doing it, I hear their laughter, I know they are having a whole lot of fun. Although the disciplinary side of me tells me to tell them to, Stop Now!, I can't bring myself to do it. Maybe I have lost the will to be the heavy, maybe I am just too downhearted right now to give a darn, maybe I'm to tired to put up a fight. Or maybe I am enjoying the fact that they are having a whole lot of fun. Besides, why mess up a perfectly good memory.

I would say that this is funny, but I am hung up on the "down hearted" part. I hope you are okay??

Lol, no worries all is well. I struggle with being depressed here and there, especially when the house is messy, but it never takes me long to bounce back to being happy. ;D

That's probably a battle I wouldn't fight either!

I hear ya on this. Sometimes..if they are happy it's just easier to let them have their fun. Hope YOU are O.K.!

Oh, I LOVE it! I think Erma Bombeck wrote, when she was first diagnosed with cancer, about all the things she wished she hadn't wasted her time fretting about over the years. One of them was the messes her kids made when when they were clearly having a terrific time!! Yay to you for letting them enjoy the laughter!! Cheers!

You are so good to let them make those memories! I would not have been able to get past the desire to make them stop. Something I struggle with!

I swear that was here last nite! Except we had Isabella throwing out every book from her bookshelf and Madelyn was cracking up sooo hard. I couldn't bear to break up their giggle fest :)

Cute pic!
